The November 27 episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya is a poignant and touching story of three siblings, Marie, Julie and Ivy. They made every effort to get the attention and love of their parents. As they all aimed to be the favorite child, they drifted apart from each other.
However, a tragic incident brought them closer to each other when their parents, Rosario and Greg, as well as their younger brother Earl became victims of the MV Leonida II tragedy. The ship sank off the waters of Surigao City in November 2006.
